| 1. What is a "Phone Card" or "Prepaid Phone Card"? |
| Phone Cards contain a prepaid set of units (i.e. minutes) that can be used to make long distance, international calls at substantially lower rates than by using traditional landline call rates. A Phone Card will reduce your costs by up to 80% of the normal minute rate.
Since Phone Cards are prepaid you will not receive any extra monthly bills, you simply buy a card and use it until your unit/minute balance is exhausted, and when you want to make new calls you just acquire a new card. |

| 3. Why use a Phone Card? |
| You gain several advantages when using a Phone Card, instead of your regular, landline phone when making international, long distance calls.
Calls made with a Phone Card are much cheaper than regular calls
You have total control of your phone expenses when calling abroad
You can make your calls with regular and mobile phones thus eliminating the need to use a computer or other type of special device.
If you are a traveling visitor, international student or international worker you can use our Phone Cards to make homebound calls very cheap. You can even bypass hotel or other types of payphone rates by using the “Free Local Access” number given on every card.

| 4. Which Phone Card should I use? |
| That depends on which locations you want to call, how long your calls are and if you call abroad allot. You should start by using the "Find Best Price" search provided to the right of this page to get an accurate listing of minute rates to your desired location. If you make lots of calls or if you make long calls, you should choose a higher value card, but if you call sparsely, you should get a lower value card. | 7. What is the difference between the access numbers? |
| We provide you with three different access numbers to use depending on how you as our customer want to utilize your purchased card. Asides from the “Local Access” number there are two “free” 020 numbers you can use depending on if you call from a regular landline phone or if you call from a mobile phone. These numbers are completely free from any regular phone fees. The differences are explained below.
Local Access:
By using this access number you make your international call as if it were a local, domestic call. In addition your Operator will bill you for making a local call, but you will get the most minutes for international, long distance calls out of your Phone Card. This is a good option to use when your local, domestic fees are low. Usually landline rates are very cheap (from 0,11kr to 0,25kr per minute).
Free Local Access:
This access number lets you make your calls from a landline phone without any additional costs from your Operator. This option is very good to use if you call from a public phone or from a hotel or any other places that might charge you for your calls. You cannot use this access number if you call from a mobile or cell phone, and you get slightly less minutes for all your international calls when using this option.
Free Mobile Access:
This access number lets you make your international calls from your mobile handset without your Operator charging you for regular domestic calls. Some Mobile Phone Operators have add-on services that lets you call normal domestic calls very cheap or almost free, and if you use your mobile handset for international calls you might want to switch to a Prepaid Mobile Card like “Superstar Mobile”. When you use this access number you get the least amount of minutes for international calls. |

| 8. Does my card expire? |
| Yes all cards will expire after a set amount of time. Depending on which Phone Card you use the Validity might differ. Smaller value Phone Cards (under 100kr) have a shorter validity time than higher value cards (100kr and above). Always make sure what your cards Validity time is by either checking the card or by locating your card on our site. The Validity time only starts when you use your card for the first time, so when you buy card packs containing several Phone Cards and PINs every card has its own Validity. |

 |
| 10. What is Service fee? |
| Most cards have a service fee that is automatically withdrawn from your card when activated. This fee is less than 1% of the cards units (minutes) per day. (eg. If you use your card to call Lebanon, to which you get 300 minutes, and Iraq, to which you get 800 minutes, your service cost will reduce your minutes with just under 1% every day. So the minutes you have left for calling Lebanon will reduce by 2.6 minutes per day in service fees and the minutes you have to Iraq will reduce by 7.1 minutes per day). |
